Abdullah Aydin was born in İstanbul in 1979. After completing his primary, secondary, and high school education in İstanbul, Aydin graduated from the Department of Economics at Marmara University in 2003.

After a year of experience in banking, Abdullah Aydin started his career at Turkish Airlines in 2006 as a specialist in the Accounting Directorate. Thereafter, he served as assistant inspector and inspector at the Inspection Board Directorate, Industrial Relations and Wage Manager at the Personnel Management Directorate, Human Resources Director at Turkish Technic, and Inspection Board Director at Turkish Airlines.

During his 18-year tenure, he actively participated in many works to determine and implement our brand's human resources strategies and in Collective Labor Agreement negotiations.

Aydin led the digitalization of audit processes and the establishment of Internal Control and Fraud Departments.

As of July 2023, Aydin was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Turkish Airlines Flight Academy (TAFA). He is married with three children.
