PART 21 J&G Services

As a certified center, Turkish Technic can manufacture its own designed parts for exclusive needs. We provide our customers with all-around support and services throughout the design, production, and certification process.

With our EASA Part-21 J and Part-21 G certificates, we have the authority and capability to make structural and design changes on aircraft types within our capability. With our team of experts, we are able to provide our customers with any necessary service they require from draft to production, from concept to approval.

In addition to our design and manufacturing expertise, we are authorized to produce custom parts based on our customers' specific requirements. Our integrated design and production units work in coordination to develop products and services that meet civil aviation authority standards. Furthermore, our production and design teams certify aircraft parts manufactured by our affiliate, TCI Aircraft Interiors, enabling us to perform all relevant certification processes in-house.

Electrical Load Analysis (ELA) Services

Electrical Load Analysis is essential for each flight phase to ensure the aircraft's electrical distribution system and electrical load integrity, and to maintain flight safety. After each modification, the aircraft’s electrical load needs to be updated by the operator. With our ELA service, the requirements related to ELA from authorities and manufacturers are met after each modification affecting the aircraft’s electrical load, and the necessary documents are provided.

As Turkish Technic, we can offer a one-time Electrical Load Analysis service, as well as a service to continuously update and keep the aircraft's electrical load status accessible.

We provide ELA services for most Boeing and Airbus aircraft types, regardless of fleet size.
