Turkish Technic fully complies with national and international laws and regulations in the countries where it operates and expects its suppliers to take the same action. 

Policy for Supplier Code of Conduct 

Turkish Technic establishes the Policy for Supplier Code of Conduct with the principle of equal approach, reviews it periodically, and updates it when deemed necessary. 

Respecting Human Rights 

Turkish Technic provides services by respecting human rights and complying with international labor standards. It attaches importance to the health, safety and well-being of its employees, customers, business partners and suppliers in every field where it operates. Correspondingly, it expects its suppliers to provide a working environment that protects human and employee rights and respects human rights. 

Turkish Technic does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, ethnic origin, nationality, language, religion, physical appearance, age, economic and family status by observing the principle of equal opportunity in supplier selection. 

Ensuring Compliance with Sanctions and Trade Restrictions 

Turkish Technic complies with legal regulations regarding economic and trade sanctions, export and import restrictions to which it is subject. Company also expects suppliers in the countries in which it operates to comply with export rules and economic sanction requirements in accordance with the relevant legal regulations. 

Combating Bribery and Corruption 

Turkish Technic does not tolerate bribery and corruption and does not provide bribes, commissions, exemptions or any other benefits to its employees or third parties.

Turkish Technic protects the confidential information and personal data of the companies it works with in accordance with the legal regulations to which it is subject, and expects its suppliers to fulfill their obligations to protect the confidential information of Turkish Technic not to share this information with third parties, and to protect personal data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations with the utmost care and dedication, and to take all legal, administrative, and technical measures to be taken in this regard, and to meet these requirements.
