Ayşegül Denli graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences Department in 1986. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Advisor (SMMM) International Quality Auditor. Ms. Denli started her professional life at İktisat Bank as Authorized Assistant Auditor in 1988, where she was responsible from operational and financial auditing process in all functions and branches.

She also served as Chief Auditor at Marmara Bank A.Ş. for four years starting from 1990.  She served as Internal Audit Manager and Secretary General at Şahinler Holding A.Ş. which is the largest textile holding between 1994 and 1997. After working at Oyak Sigorta for another four years as Internal Audit Manager, she served as the Head of Division of Internal Audit at AXA Sigorta A.Ş. for two years and as Head of Division of Human Resources for another 4 years and she ended her AXA Sigorta A.Ş. carried after serving as Chief Financial Officer for 9 years in July 2016. 

She started his career at Turkish Airlines in July 2016 as Senior Vice President of Finance and she was responsible for aircraft financing processes, fuel management and supply, treasury, insurance and risk management until February 2022. As of February 2022, she was appointed to his new position as Senior Vice President, Subsidiaries, JVs & Associates within Turkish Airlines.

Mrs. Denli also serves as a Board Member at THY Teknik A.Ş and THY Teknoloji ve Bilişim A.Ş.
